Windows Mobile

Skudoink is available in a Windows Mobile version for your Smartphone or Pocket PC. This download is free when you subscribe to Skudoink! Best of all, this synchronizes with the web version so you can still share your lists. This is great in cases where you can't get an Internet signal while shopping inside the store (it's happened to all of us).

What do I do here?

Create a list, and enter your items. It's just that simple! The more information you tell Skudoink about your item, the better it works for you. If you categorize it (paper goods, meats, etc), items will be grouped together.

How does Skudoink "know" what I need?

Skudoink only knows what you tell it. When you enter an item, you categorize it, tell Skudoink how often you need it (weekly, monthly, annually), and add it to a specific list (groceries). Then, based on what you entered, Skudoink shows your needed items based on your last purchase date. When you check items off your list (by checking them off when you shop or later when you get home), the purchase date is entered into the system for next time. As you buy items, Skudoink gets smarter, and can turn a "weekly" item into a "10-day" item, if that's how often you actually buy it.

Can I share my list with someone?

You can share your list with anyone you like! You can share your list by setting up a share with another registered user (based on email). You can also get Skudoink to email your list to anyone you like if you don't always want to share.

How much does Skudoink! cost?

There is an annual fee of $24.00 to use Skudoink! This price includes web access, sharing, and downloads for Windows Mobile devices and an iPhone application (coming soon). We will be incorporating other benefits into Skudoink! as time goes on and we promise the cost is worth it. Isn't it worth $2.00 a month to be able to skip checking the pantry for items you need at the store?

What if I don't want to use the web synchronization? Can I just get the Windows Mobile or iPhone app?

Sure! The cost of $24.00 is the same for the mobile applications. However, if you don't want the web sync, you only pay this fee once (and you will get the sync for a year, it's included). Once your first year is over, you do not have to pay the annual fee again, and you can still use the application on your mobile device.
